This project combines warehouse, workshop and office spaces. It has been designed utilising structurally efficient and cost effective techniques. This creates great volume even to the office spaces where clerestory windows allow maximum desirable natural light to enter the internal areas cutting energy costs. Though primarily industrial in its purpose the buildings have been crafted to convey a more human character. Masterplanning and subsequent town planning approvals obtained allow for future expansion.
